By integrating theory and practical with access to real-world projects, The Media Tribe's comprehensive course in Sound Engineering and Music Production gives our students an opportunity to LEARN as well as CREATE. As a vocational course, we ensure that our students get hands-on training on live industry projects to transition into the “working world” seamlessly. The Media Tribe has been awarded the Dewang Mehta Award for Leadership in Industry Interface and the Loksatta Education Leadership Award.
Our students have access to studios and facilities for them to practice, collaborate, train and create. With some of the finest equipment in audio and music, students are ready for the music industry by the time they finish the course.

Their credits also involve artists like Ranjit Barot, A R Rahman, Garth Brooks, Amit Trivedi, Vishal-Shekhar, Ustad Zakir Hussain, Pt. Sanjeev Abhyankar, Alif, The Local Train, Abhijeet Srivastava, Jason Evigan, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and a whole lot of other incredible composers.

It is my pleasure to introduce you to The Media Tribe - Institute of Sound Engineering and Music Production. Our course is designed to give students an overview of the world of sound and music. The 1-year certificate course is divided into four extensive modules
1) Studio and Computer Based Audio Engineering
2) Sound Synthesis and Music Production
3) Music For Cinema and New Media
4) Advanced Engineering, Production and Music Business
Apart from our full-time and part-time courses, we also conduct short and specialised online courses which is helping our students in this tough time due to COVID-19. The courses include Foundation Level and Pro Level courses in Music Production / Arrangement / DAW Training and Computer Based Audio Engineering (Mixing & Mastering)
In the past, our students have had the opportunity to work in countries like the United States of America, Norway, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
In addition to working with our faculty, our students have benefited from being a part of some of the top projects in the entertainment industry including MTV Coke Studio, MTV Unplugged, The Stage, NH7, Spoken Fest, Jaipur Literature Festival, Dil hai Hindustani, Prithvi Fest.
We also curate our very own Music Festival called "Totempole" where our students get a chance to collaborate and work with some of the best talents across the world, and get to be a part of the behind-the-scenes action during the festival.
We will continue our quest to craft the masters of tomorrow - for the benefit of our students.
